Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to keep track of multiple tasks.* 2. Good written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving or troubleshooting skills.* 3. Configures, installs, troubleshoots and repairs desktop, network and systems infrastructure solutions for end users.* 4. Meets the billable/chargeable targets set by the company.* 5. Provides deployment and logistical support.* 6. Travels to Customer sites as needed* 7. Diagnosis, repairs (break/fix) and quality control.* 8. Assembles, configures and installs equipment (desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.).* 9. Strong client service skills.* 10. Is team player, yet work well independently.* *Essential Function 11. End point configurations, imaging, asset tagging, laser engraving, staging etc* 12. Provides logistical support for shipping and delivery to local region. 13. Loads/unloads product/equipment. 14. Inventories/audits/stocks/ships/receives. 15. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized Training: Entry level desktop technical support experience. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
